I have been in Auto business since June 1998 after retiring from academic and politics. After working under different managements and ownerships for 10 years and observing their style/way of doing business with clients and experiencing reliability of domestic manufacturers, Like Ford Lincoln Mercury, GMC, Japanese cars like Lexus, Infiniti, Isuzu and European cars like Range Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Porsche. I have come to conclusion that comparing apples to apples Mercedes products are the most durable, luxurious, comfortable and stylish in the industry and Euro Motorcars in General and Mercedes Benz of Bethesda in specific is one of the most well run, fair and honest with customers and employees in Automobile dealerships. That is why I have chosen to stay and work here for 26 years.

Disappointed Preferred Customer I had a very bad experience @ Euro Motor yesterday. A person will never forget how you made them feel. Called to inquire about my $ 5000 Continental I had a very bad experience @ Euro Motor yesterday. A person will never forget how you made them feel. Called to inquire about my $ 5000 Continental Warranty and spoke with Hadi Zia in Sales. I was told," I am sure someone already explained this to you. Dont Shoot the messenger." He then slammed the phone down in my ear. Visited Euro today to pickup my Vehicle and asked the cashier for headquarters number. Cashier reached out to a colleague who wanted to know Why I needed the number? I was provided with Euro number instead; cashier so noticeably irritated, researched the number to HQ for me. German Martinez, my Service Advisor always amazing. The Best Advisor I have ever had; I have owned 3 Mercedes Benz. I am drafting a letter of complaint to Headquarters. More
