I gave three stars because my Ioniq 9 SE lease costs $1621 monthly, which feels too high. If pricing was closer to $1000, I would rate five stars. People are really nice here but it’s not the most comfortable dealership to be waiting at. I went in for service and was told it would be ready in 2 hours but after 2.5 hours I went up to the desk an comfortable dealership to be waiting at. I went in for service and was told it would be ready in 2 hours but after 2.5 hours I went up to the desk and asked for an update and it turned out my car had already been ready, it was just sitting out there. When I got into my car there were grease stains all over my steering wheel and center console. I had to clean it myself. My biggest concern is how you guys blast your music across the whole building with club type music. I just want to sit in peace and feel calm when I’m waiting around, not feel amped up. You guys play movies in your TV but we can’t even hear it because of the music. This is the same when I initially purchased my car there, it’s very irritating when you have to wait hours to sign papers and all you hear is loud club music blasting in your ear. I get that you guys are trying to stir up excitement, but for most of us it’s doing the exact opposite. Another concern is how strong your perfume/air freshener scent is in the building. I had to step out of the dealership a few times to get some fresh air. I’m not trying to be mean because I know everyone has different preferences in smells, but to me it smells like a shopping mall cologne shop. So the combination of the music and strong smells, it’s really hard to sit and wait inside your dealership. More

The service rep was outstanding. ! The only thing I was not thrilled about is the wait time. It took way too long and even though they wash the car, they were grease smudges arou !
