We ordered a new car on August 1, and it was built and ready for delivery by August 26. Five stars: welcoming, truly professional, customer centered (not just written somewhere but in actuality), best attitude - we didn’t feel ignored our anyone playing superior silly games like other BMW dealers in state. Just awesome all around. Other BMW dealers in DMV area (and BMW headquarters) could learn something from these guys! We will be back soon for another vehicle. More
