But everything went perfectly and smoothly. They even volunteered to arrange an airport pickup for me on the morning I came in to take delivery. The finance person Mo as well as Mike the "BMW Genius" also took good care of everything and answered all of my questions and got me out the door and on the road within 2 hours of my arrival.
