I could not have been more pleased with my first purchase at Randy Curnow GMC. I had called ahead on an in stock vehicle and they had it ready at the front door for me upon my arrival to test drive. Bought a new truck here in 2022. Purchasing experience was average. That vehicle was totaled in an accident. It took 6-7 months just to cancel the extended warranty on the vehicle Purchasing experience was average. That vehicle was totaled in an accident. It took 6-7 months just to cancel the extended warranty on the vehicle only after stopping in multiple times to talk to the financing guy Bobby. I had a check engine light come on my new vehicle. I took my car here and paid for the diagnostic where they told me they ordered the part. Check back a month+ later and find out the part was never ordered and I have to get the diagnostic run again. I come back several months later for an oil change and ask about the part thinking it was still backordered and the part had been delivered and they never contacted me to setup an appointment. If you call the service department, they probably won't answer the phone. I usually make 3 calls before I can actually speak to someone who know anything about my vehicle. Who holds these people accountable for the constant lack of work being completed. More

I took my truck to the dealership on 3/12/24 got it back a week later still having the same issue. If I could give Randy Curnow service 0 stars I would definitely do so, however, in order to leave a review, I have to leave at least one star. On 12/14, on my way home from work, my check engine light c definitely do so, however, in order to leave a review, I have to leave at least one star. On 12/14, on my way home from work, my check engine light came on. Had it towed to Randy Curnow service, I was told it wasn’t a guarantee they could get it looked at Friday because the schedule was full, but for sure first thing Monday, 12/18/23. I completely understood due to the fact that it was late Thursday evening. Monday comes I don’t hear from anyone about a diagnosis. I called at 12pm to speak to Heidi, my “advisor” her VM was full. I tried to get through to her 3 times and wasn’t successful. I spoke to a nice lady by the name of Destiny, I believe she may be a receptionist, she had to go track Heidi down, get the diagnosis (engine lifters) and advised me of what was wrong with my vehicle. Destiny explained to me that Heidi would get in contact with my car warranty company and call me back within the hour. Never got a call from Heidi for the rest of Monday. Tuesday comes and I still hear nothing from Heidi as far as if she submitted paperwork to my warranty company or not. I call to speak to her supervisor, Kevin, he finally tracks her down and they both call me back. Heidi’s excuse is “it’s just so hectic she hasn’t had time to call me.” I was understanding. She told me she had submitted the paperwork and she was waiting to hear back from my warranty company. About 30 mins later I receive a call from the warranty company stating they’ve been trying to get in touch with Heidi, but haven’t had any luck. They state they hadn’t received any paperwork to start the approval process. Wednesday 12pm comes and I get a call from the warranty company again, still no paperwork. After numerous times I never got in touch with Heidi, instead I spoke to Destiny and she got ahold of Heidi and said she states she sent it, but will resend it. Thursday comes no new information. Friday comes and I received word from my warranty company that they sent the approval to Randy Curnow Thursday evening around 7:30pm (I do realize they were already closed by this time). Friday comes, I speak to Kevin, supervisor, he states that they’ll work on it and if it goes into Tuesday, 12/26/23, they’ll finish it. I hear nothing from the dealership all day, Tuesday, 12/26/23. So once again, I have to be the one to reach out. Mind you, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental from Friday, 12/15 to Friday 12/22, my car warranty only approves 7 days max that they reimburse me. I went all holiday weekend without a vehicle and still without a vehicle. I spoke to Kevin, yet again today, 12/26/23, which if you ask me, he doesn’t deserve the title of supervisor. He asked me what I’d like him to do, I stated provided me with a loaner to which his response was I don’t have any. I then state then cover the cost of a loaner and of course he wouldn’t agree to that. He assured me he’d be the one to keep me updated daily until my vehicle is fixed. According to him I’d be without my vehicle until Thursday morning, 12/28/23. I’ve taken my 2015 Yukon Denali to Randy Curnow for EVERY service it ever needed. Needless to say, I’ll NEVER take my vehicle to Randy Curnow for service EVER again. Horrible experience and you can bet I won’t refer anyone there either. I’ll update if needed come Thursday when I’m “supposed” to get my vehicle back. More
