Harold was a complete joy to work with. Having driven a Cadillac Escalade for the past 18 years, I wan't sure if I would find another car that would compare unless I replaced it with another Cadillac. Howard found and recommended a GMC Terrain and it has surprised me with its numerous safety features and luxury feel. Although I was not necessarily looking for a used car I could hardly pass this one up as it had only been driven 1800 miles with the original warranty as well as the dealer certification.
