Service appt with Rodney I took my truck in for an oil change and some recall work. I was informed, in advance, that the service would take a good portion of the day. The staff offered to set up a loaner vehicle, or a rental. I opted to wait. Rodney made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed of the progress. Also, Bud, the shuttle driver kept checking on me to see if I needed to go anywhere. I even chatted with Harold about new cars, on a moment's notice. We all wish we didn't have to have our vehicles serviced, but there guys made the experience a good one! Thank you!! More
