2018 GMC Terrain Denali I was recommended by my son to visit this dealership and to talk to Harold Solano. The buying experience was easy as pie and was great. Out with the old in with the new 3 weeks ago In was involved in a car accident and the short version is that my car was totaled. Average experience Salesman was very nice, given referall from the owner, but experience could have been better. Same model truck had floor liners but salesman was going Salesman was very nice, given referall from the owner, but experience could have been better. Same model truck had floor liners but salesman was going to add them into truck I liked at an additional expense, my wife and I had to walk the lot to find vehicles I liked (even after giving color and features I wanted) and Finance guy was not friendly and even said "you would be doing me a favor getting a loan" (isn't dealership supposed to do customer favors?). Documentation and warranty salesman was pushy and was put off when I asked for warranty at just $300 less than he offered ($1300 vs $1000), when he started at over $2300 for it. In summary, I was looking to keep the business local, a fair deal and easy transaction and everything was about average. If I didn't need a new truck after selling mine, I'd probably looked around further. More
