I was passing through the area on my way home to northern Wisconsin when my check engine light came on and the engine started vibrating, loudly. Since it was a Sunday we just got a room and I decided that, since I don't know any of the shops that I'll go to the dealership that sells vans like mine. & am Monday morning I checked in at Wilde and they took me right in. Monday afternoon I called service and spoke to a gentleman named Austin who told me that he would speak to the tech the following morning and then call me with the information. That's exactly what he did. Told me the diagnosis, the cost (which was actually lower than I thought), and said he would keep me updated which he did. About 3pm on Tuesday he called and said my van was ready but since they didn't have a driver they were sending me a Lyft. So I got my van back, I'll be on the road in the morning and they sent me a Lyft. So I thought I would return a favor by giving a good report. All I've ever heard is stay away from the dealerships, they're dishonest and never do what they say but, in this case that is simply not true. If this dude, Austin, isn't a manager he should be. I'm passing through, never been to Wilde except for this visit and they treated me like a valued customer. If I have to break down again I'm hoping it's in this neighborhood. More
STAY AWAY! !!! Liars, untrustworthy and lazy! I recommend staying away from the Wilde Automotive Group. I visited the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram store w !!! Liars, untrustworthy and lazy! I recommend staying away from the Wilde Automotive Group. I visited the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram store with the intent to purchase a vehicle. I was connected with salesperson, Brian Osteen. Brian is a prime example of what gives used car salespeople a bad name. Brian is a liar and untrustworthy. I came to a deal on a vehicle with Brian for a certain price with the understanding that the vehicle was a certified used vehicle and still had 3 years bumper to bumper warranty remaining. Some work had to be done to the vehicle and the vehicle had yet to be detailed, so it was decided to pick the vehicle up later that week. Two days later, Brian called and said that he couldn’t certify the vehicle. He admitted it costs the dealership about $500 to certify a vehicle but wouldn’t do anything for me to compensate for no longer buying a certified vehicle. I offered to settle for $500 off original agreed upon price but that was refused also. So, Brian thinks it is ok to promise something then change the terms of an agreement not only without compensation but so he/the dealership makes more as they would no longer be spending the money to certify the vehicle. When asked about an issue with the running boards not working, Brian said “worst case scenario, you have 3 years bumper to bumper warranty”. As it turns out, the vehicle did not have any remaining bumper to bumper warranty and only 3 years remaining on a power train warranty. Not to mention, the lack of attention to detail at this place. The need for the vehicle to be detailed after my test drive was because there was gross substance dried to a couple of the door panels, french fries and melted crayons still on the floor and used napkins/tissues wedged in the seats. When I went back a week later to try and work a deal for $500 less and purchase the vehicle, the napkins were still wedged in the seats and Brian got upset with me implying this was not a big deal and told me to just grab someone else's dirty tissue and take it out. There was also still the dried substance that had been spilled on the door panels. When I confronted Brian about his lies and salesman games, he got frustrated, red in the face and asked if I had been recording our conversations before storming out of the offifce. More

I've been bringing my car here for years to be serviced for years, but recently I think management changed and service has been horrible. They kept my vehicle for with 3 weeks very little information. Wh for years, but recently I think management changed and service has been horrible. They kept my vehicle for with 3 weeks very little information. When I was provided with updates it was to tell me that the repair they tried didn't fix the issue and I'd need to pay an additional $1000-$2000. I received this call approximately 3X!!!!! The service advisor lacked empathy and never seemed to be fully sure of what was going on and the call made to the service manager was never returned. This will be my last time purchasing a Jeep and the last time I bring my vehicle to this dealership for any type of service. More
