Wilby was our sales consultant, and understood exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. After some time negotiating, he was able to shake our hand, give us everything we asked for, and we walked out with a brand new honda civic. Wilby was very professional, and everyone we had contact with was as well. Car buying can be a difficult experience, and for stepping foot into White Plains Honda for the first time, it will be worth returning for any future car investment needs. Wilby even called today, just to make sure that after having the car for a full day, that we were satisfied with the vehicle and the experience. Never had a salesman call for a follow up after buying or leasing any previous vehicles.
