I had an appointment for an oil change. Arrived 10 minutes early and was seen by an advisor about 15 minutes later. Everything was fine, oil change done within 1.5 hours. I paid, got my keys, arrived at my car, I noticed black marks all over my front bumper. My advisor offered a free car wash, my car was clean but my bumper had black scuff marks all over. I asked one of the employees if they can clean that part off but he replied he couldn’t help me and told me to go ask my advisor. My advisor was no longer at his desk I told him. He then told me to hold on for a bit. I had already buckled my toddler in her car seat so we were just waiting in the car. He comes back and tells me to head over to the major maintenance building and tell them the supervisor melton sent me over to get my car cleaned. No one came out to help, I waited for about 10 minutes. My daughter was getting cranky so I just left and went home and cleaned up after Toyotas mess of a car wash. Elk Grove Toyota is my go-to spot but this experience wasn’t great. More

I talked to these guys about coupon that I lost and they gave considered. I iked that gesture. I still suggest to change the system and do points system instead of paper coupon. Awesome service department. My tire pressure light came on after leaving the dealership for my fifty-thousand-mile service. I returned after a week and advised the service adv My tire pressure light came on after leaving the dealership for my fifty-thousand-mile service. I returned after a week and advised the service advisor Gustavo of my issue. After doing the diagnostic check it was determined the sensor had gone out. My advisor Gustavo informed me it detected one was bad, however, the best practice would be to replace all. I agreed with this direction. Only one sensor was in inventory the additional sensors had to be ordered. I decided to replace the one and wait until the others sensors are available. Wouldn't you know it, the light came back on!! Because my advisor Gustavo made me aware of this possibility it wasn't alarming. More

Service took very long 1. 5 hrs. Did not return my wheel lock key. Next service sticker illegible needed a new one. Passenger side mirror was turned in so I needed to stop and 5 hrs. Did not return my wheel lock key. Next service sticker illegible needed a new one. Passenger side mirror was turned in so I needed to stop and push it out. Radio was turned off. Climate control was turned off. Not a real good visit. More
