Has been there for my car service for last several years, and everytime the service time is long. This week it took about 4 hours to finish. I was charged for oil change and tire rotation, however, when I ar and everytime the service time is long. This week it took about 4 hours to finish. I was charged for oil change and tire rotation, however, when I arrived home, I found there was no tire rotation performed (one of my tire is a newer one and still is at the same position). I asked and Honda/Lisle admitted: did not do the tire rotation but still charged me. However, I wouldn't get a refund and only can provide a credit for next time usage. More
