From the time I walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with this vehicle. Gunnar patiently answered all of my questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Gunnar did a wonderful job. He helped me learn about Volvos when I first came in. He followed up afterward, enough to be helpful, but no more. Was fairly easy purchasing a vehicle, albeit I purchased outright and did not finance so I cannot speak to that part of the process. I more or less anticipated that the vehicle would have been placed on a f outright and did not finance so I cannot speak to that part of the process. I more or less anticipated that the vehicle would have been placed on a flatbed rather than driven to the delivery location, as it added 50 miles to the odometer. Not a showstopper, but not expected either. Other than that, everything went well. More
