After trying to speak to someone to get some assistance for the issue, I kept getting sent to voicemail after voicemail. After I asked to speak to the supervisor I then again was sent to another voicemail (surprise, surprise). I will continue to contact the dealer until I get a response, and will drive out there if I don't get a response back in a week. More

Hate signing without paper invoice that shows what I’m signing for. Advisor seemed a bit irritated by my multiple questions.it was my first time in the new building. Have been a customer for 35 years. Sp signing for. Advisor seemed a bit irritated by my multiple questions.it was my first time in the new building. Have been a customer for 35 years. Spoke with advisor Guillermo about the new building on my way out. As always, he was friendly and helpful. Had to return when I saw my maps not showing. Advisor said no one touched it. Didn’t accuse, I just wanted it to work. Another boy in service dept. fixed it for me. Don’t remember his name (very helpful and friendly). I do remember that he said he was from Downey. Noticed later that day that the clock was showing eastern time. I fixed that myself More
