I just bought my second Mercedes-Benz GLE350 from Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield, and the whole experience was fantastic! I knew exactly what I wanted and had already started negotiating with ano Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield, and the whole experience was fantastic! I knew exactly what I wanted and had already started negotiating with another dealership (Mercedes Westwood) but I wanted to shop my options and ended up choosing this dealership because of Gui Rocho. Gui made me feel valued and provided amazing customer service. The process was quick and smooth. After Gui, I met with Finance Director, Gil Otero. Gil was super friendly and made sure I got the right package while explaining why other options might be important and the risk of not purchasing them for my new vehicle. Once the finance stuff was done, I met with Elder Perez, the Product Concierge. Elder was great! He helped me set up the app and walked me through all the vehicles cool tech features like the virtual assistant and active parking assist. The only hiccup I had was my credit got run three times, even though I knew I wanted to go with Mercedes Financial since I've used them before to purchase my previous vehicle. Overall, thanks to everyone at Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield for helping me get my second Mercedes-Benz. I'll definitely be recommending you to others! More
