Terrible Post-Purchase Experience – 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE from CDJR of Leesburg I had an awful experience purchasing a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE from CDJR of Leesburg. I bought the car on Aug Hybrid XSE from CDJR of Leesburg I had an awful experience purchasing a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE from CDJR of Leesburg. I bought the car on August 16, 2024, and literally 5 minutes after driving off the lot, the driver’s seat stopped working. I immediately called our salesperson, Guido Marin, and Sales Manager Sammy Hawana, but they brushed it off, saying it was too late on a Friday and that I should bring the car in on Monday. When I called on Monday, August 19, 2024, I was shocked to hear that they refused to help me with the repair! The car was practically brand new, and they acted like it wasn’t their problem anymore. I also left several messages for the General Manager, Waseem Tarawneh, hoping to resolve the issue, but I never heard back from him. On top of this, Jorden Hayes, the Internet Sales Leader, seemed indifferent once the deal was done. No follow-up, no support. I’ve been left with a faulty vehicle, no help from the dealership, and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I expected much more from a reputable dealership, but I guess I was wrong. I strongly advise avoiding CDJR of Leesburg unless you want to deal with a team that disappears the moment you drive off the lot. More
