Our car buying experience with Cassidy was fantastic! He was friendly, flexible and knowledgeable and worked with us to get a great deal on our new Subaru. The dealership was clean and Gretchen in finance was also great. The only downside was that there were several occasions where the manager called or pulled our salesman aside interrupting our questions and forcing us to wait 45 mins in the lobby. We will shop with Premier Subaru again but hope for less interruptions from the guys at the desk. More

As a first time Subaru owner, I am very pleased with my new purchase at Premier Subaru in Middletown. From the time I stepped onto the lot to the end of the transaction, all of the staff, from Cassidy, the new purchase at Premier Subaru in Middletown. From the time I stepped onto the lot to the end of the transaction, all of the staff, from Cassidy, the sales rep, to Gretchen, the financial manager, made me feel welcome. Both Cassidy and Gretchen were wonderful: knowledgeable, enthusiastic, yet never pushy, and always willing to answer any questions. As someone new to all the newer technology in today's vehicles I felt very comfortable asking questions and confident that Cassidy and Gretchen could provide the answers I needed, and in a kind and respectful manner. (I must mention that before deciding on a car I visited a different dealership by another maker which was a night and day experience.) I sincerely and highly recommend Premier Subaru and its staff as your first and only stop when shopping for your next vehicle. More
