At first I thought this was a good place but after this last service visit I am EXTREMELY upset and disappointed in their service and business practice. I brought my car in for an oil change for the second last service visit I am EXTREMELY upset and disappointed in their service and business practice. I brought my car in for an oil change for the second time. They completed this in a timely manner, just as before, and I was thrilled to have my car back that same day. Unfortunately the service member managed to get black grease on my headliner, but no one said anything to me. After I had left, I noticed the damage and I immediately sent my dealership contact a text. I informed the office and was told to bring my car back in and they would clean it up, no problem. I didn't have high hopes considering that they managed to dirty the furthest thing from the oil filter during my oil change...and Im glad I didn't set myself up for disappointment...again. It now looks like some dirty water leaked into my car and has left disgusting and large water/dirt marks on the headliner. I am livid. I have been without my car for multiple days now simply because they lack the foresight and integrity and tried to pass off a crap job as a completed task. 2/10. I do NOT recommend. More
