Your service providers often are confused about what’s happening and where things are with your vehicle. One person tells you one thing, another says another. This most recent trip was a follow up to some happening and where things are with your vehicle. One person tells you one thing, another says another. This most recent trip was a follow up to some diagnostics/inspections we had done a month or so previously, and when dropping off Anthony told us there were diagnostics charges on there that we could ignore because they shouldn’t have been there. Y’all kept calling me and my husband to get us to sell the car to you, then when we declined proceeded to quote an astronomical price for repairs, probably in an effort to force us to sell. When we declined repairs, you charged us for diagnostics. Anthony had left and there was absolutely no conversation the other service rep would have with us about it. He said “You signed off on the work, so you agreed to pay,” to which i pointed out that Anthony told me to sign and not worry about the price on the paper. He didn’t care. Very disappointed in the bait and switch. Also, no one ever answers the phone. More
