We were alerted to this situation upfront, but were given a false impression of the wait time. A better option would have been to say that we are behind and if you wanted to go grab a bite to eat, we could have had a more realistic expectation of how long our wait would be. Several employees apologized for the delay, but a better response would have been appropriate. Otherwise, the transaction was smooth and ai am happy with the outcome. More
