Incredibly easy and stress-free process. Greg and Pavel were exceptional. Most of my process was online (I live 2.5 hours away). A handful of phone conversations. By the time I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and handed the keys. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Considering my circumstances; my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was in a parking lot where the car beside my truck caught fire entirely, thus catching my truck on fire. It was totaled and without warning I was shoved into the market for a new vehicle. My situation was handled with consideration and professionalism. Thank you Toy Barn! More

Greg McDevitt at the Toy Barn is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with when buying a car. Over the past 20 years, I’ve bought seven cars from Greg and each experience was the sam knowledgeable and very easy to work with when buying a car. Over the past 20 years, I’ve bought seven cars from Greg and each experience was the same, wonderful. He is totally service oriented and we always come to a great conclusion when buying an awesome car. I have recommended Greg and the Toy Barn to my friends, and some have come and bought cars and came away with the same great experience. I live on the East Coast and come back to Dublin to buy cars from Greg. If you’re looking for a high-end, sports car in great shape, go to the Toy Barn you will not be disappointed. More

I have 2 separate reviews. One for Sales and one for Finance. SALES: This was my dream car and ToyBarn had the best price and lowest miles so it was the perfect car. I worked with Greg who was absolutely very kind but consistently "left me hanging." Several times I was told he would call back in a few minutes but would not call at all, several times he would look into pricing tinting windows before car as delivered, never did. I continually had to chase down to keep the purchase progress moving forward. There also were several times i was told the car was being detailed however the car was very dirty on arrival with grass, dog hair, and accumulated dust that was clear it had been there quite some time. That being said for this being my dream car this should have been a more pleasant process however it was constant stress and anxiety of always wondering what was going on. The very worst part of it all is Greg quoted me $750 for delivery however I was charged $800 and Greg never told me that they do not collect sales tax for out of state, so to my surprise when I tried to register my car I had to come up with another $2,000 that I hadn't budgeted for. After everything during this purchase process needless to say at that point it brought me to tears at the DMV. This was an unnecessary painful process. I will say again Greg was very nice, however because of his lack of follow-through, constant chasing on my part and lack of communication there have been several times I have considered canceling the deal, but this car was the VERY best priced and great deal for the value. I hope that no one else has this same experience I had while buying their dream car. More

The car was priced lower than their competitors and after meeting with the sales manager and the owner, I decided to buy the car right away. They worked with my bank as I worked out some details and they were very patient with me. (That means much to me.) After I paid for the car, the sales associate who sold me actually drove the car with a follower for a two hour trip to hand deliver it to me. That is spectacular service. I recommend both the Toy Barn and Sales Associate, Brittany to anyone looking for an exotic car. More

Amazing car - 2018 Mercedes C63S AMG - poor dealership experience. I really want to give a good review to the Toy Barn but my sales experience was not good and the communication was horrible. The Mercedes experience. I really want to give a good review to the Toy Barn but my sales experience was not good and the communication was horrible. The Mercedes I purchased from them is amazing and am very happy with the purchase. Throughout the process I was unable to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner to finish the deal. Each time I would call to follow up, I would either be put through to a voicemail that was full or not working with no call back or I felt like I was bothering the sales person when I finally got through. At the end of the deal, I was supposed to get a new center cap that was missing when I purchased the vehicle and a key. It took over 6 weeks to finally get the cap. When I finally got through to the parts department after several weeks to check in on the order, the request to order the part hadnt even been put through by sales. Sales told me it had been ordered already weeks before. The parts group was great to deal with! In addition to that, was told to order a key through Mercedes and the sales person would pay for it. Got a quote from the dealer, sent the information over with invoice number so it could be paid and I can setup an appointment to have the key created and still haven't heard anything from sales. Checked with Mercedes and they received no call thus far. This time, over 3 months later. I really want to like this dealer but the way they dont call anyone back after repeated calls, live chat requests for someone to contact and voice mails left, is not the way to do business. Especially when you say on your website that you like doing business with out of town people for cars that are expensive! I would recommend this dealer for the inventory of cars but caution anyone on Sales for out of town people and communication is poor. Update: Received a call from Greg, he was very apologetic and helped me order a key via their parts department and my local Mercedes Dealer. He did a great job keeping me updated and the process was smooth. Appreciate you working to fix a not ideal situation! More

I *really* wanted to like this dealership, but after 6 weeks of ghosting, broken commitments, and missed deadlines, the only reason I'm giving this dealer 2 stars is because the car I purchased was exactl weeks of ghosting, broken commitments, and missed deadlines, the only reason I'm giving this dealer 2 stars is because the car I purchased was exactly as described, and in near-perfect shape. I finally had to escalate to dealer management to get my title, which was "in process" for 6-8 weeks. They have still not come through with reimbursement for parts I had to purchase to try to fix issues that were supposed to be resolved before shipment. Aug 31 update - after numerous promises from the dealer over the past couple of months, reimbursement has still not been received. Rating has been adjusted as a result. Dec update - reimbursement was finally received, after several escalations with dealer management. Rating adjusted back accordingly. More
