We can honestly say that this purchase was without a doubt, the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had! Both Jalen and Gregg were very responsive to our requests for videos and additional information. They were professional and very pleasant throughout this multi-day buying process. When we encountered a scheduling glitch at the 12th hour to travel down and swap our Explorer trade in for the Armada, Gregg suggested that Jalen had agreed to drive the Armada up to us, pick up the Explorer and return back to the dealership. We had never experienced such a high level of customer satisfaction like this before! Jalen arrived at our house with the Armada and allowed us to physically inspect the vehicle and test drive it before final acceptance of the deal. The car was immaculate, almost brand new! We were thrilled with the entire experience! We absolutely love our new/used Armada, and will never forget our new friends at Heritage!
