He had such a friendly, laid bac On Friday, I went to do some preliminary car shopping without my husband. I arrived and was promptly greeted by John. He had such a friendly, laid back demeanor. I didn’t feel pressured (like I was expecting) at all! We went for a test drive and when we came back, John introduced me to Bill so that I would have two familiar faces when I brought my husband back the next day. On Saturday my husband and I both went to the dealership and we were again greeted with smiles, they even recognized me from the day before! We did another test drive and decided this was the vehicle for us. The banks had all closed by this point and it was getting late so we all decided to continue things Monday. On Monday we finalized everything and had the pleasure of meeting Gregg. We had our son with ya on Monday and they were all GREAT with him and didn’t get irritated when he started to get bored, instead they found some things they had to occupy him! Lastly, Melody showed us all the features of the car and answered all our questions. She was so friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the features in the car. I will recommend them to anyone I know shopping for a car!! Awesome awesome awesome job everyone! Thank you!! More

Excellent Customer Service I walked in this dealership knowing there was a possibility of leaving empty handed. As soon as my husband and I got out of our car we were welcome by an agent. We explained that we had an appointment.with Elijah Wingate. Elijah was waiting and ready at the door. When we would could not agreement on price for the car,.there was no pressure to stay, he just simply said too give him a chance to work it out. He did, he called in Mr. Gregg (DH). Mr. Gregg is full of personality, it did not matter that I was ready to walk out. He did what salesman do .What was so unique about him was he was REAL.(excellent people skills), bottom line Real, Very open and honest about what he was doing. He did everything he could to make us feel good about our purchase and got us a deal that we could live with. I walked out feeling that I received an excellent compromise and excellent customer service. This dealership cares about their clients, The Manager and Supervisors congratulated us on our purchase. Excellent Experience I was researching vehicles online and I came across a nice vehicle at Heritage Honda. David Baca contacted me and asked to set up an appointment. once I arrived, other employees greeted and welcomed me. Then I met David and he treated me like family. I test drove the vehicle and we talked about the options I liked and the needs of my family. David seemed to care and the manager Keith reviewed several payment options with me. Nobody was pushy and I was happy to come back with my husband. Again, we were treated like family and all of us had lots of laughter together. Bill answered all of my many phone questions , quoted a price , and asked me to visit the dealership and test drive the exact vehicle I was shopping for. There I met David, who had the vehicle waiting for the test drive, and the shopping process moved forward and a deal was made. I was a hesitant at first to head up to Westminster as it's a little bit of a drive for me but after an unsatisfying experience at my local Honda deal I was a hesitant at first to head up to Westminster as it's a little bit of a drive for me but after an unsatisfying experience at my local Honda dealership I decided to give Heritage a try. David Baca, my salesman, and Steve Rubin the sales manager are good people who are motivated to sell cars. I wish I came to Heritage Honda first. They made me feel like a part of the Heritage family and their customer service is top notch. Another plus was Gregg Smith from finance. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase any additional products or warranties as I have experienced in the past. I will definitely give David and his team the opportunity to earn my business again in the future and can’t recommend Heritage Honda enough. More
