Total Shady/Fraud people. Please look at my review history all the time I like to give positive review, but this one I can’t believe this Place does this kind of business? Please look at my review history all the time I like to give positive review, but this one I can’t believe this Place does this kind of business? Bought 32K car. I did not look the condition of the tires of the car because I thought this was a quality and honest dealership. Four months later, the tires are showing the wires. They are literally bald and please look at the photos. I cannot believe they will sell a car that has the minimum required thread on the vehicle. Spoke with director manager, he was the worst to deal with, but at the same time I realize if these guys are capable of selling a car where the tire can go bad in less than four months, I should not be expecting reasonable solution from them. They are cheap and cheat. I can’t believe Mercedes have dealers. They will do business like this. I am so disappointed. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and Mercedes itself. I would suggest you stay away from a dealer who does business like this More

This was my first experience with Euro Motors in Bethesda MD. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them site unseen. I Live in Northern Pa). Their process and professionalism made me very comfortable in working with them. They bent over backwards with no pressure to assist me in every way. I usually don't write reviews....but these folks deserve a 10+ and I don't say that lightly. I personally dealt with Rabi ( Sales Consultant). Greg (Pre-owned Mgr.) and Todd (Finance Mgr.). All three individuals worked in unison to make my purchasing experience flawless and accommodating in every way. Thank you so very much for your patience and understanding in making this sale a wonderful experience. More

I put a down payment on the vehicle 1 week before I flew out to pick it up, and I still had to point out dings, scratches and some kind of sticky substance inside the vehicle. No one went over the features of the vehicle, the finance department had the wrong paper work and when I got home I realized that they had jerry rigged the rear license plate as one of the retaining nuts was broken. The general manager sent a generic "How was your experience" email, to which I responded and have heard nothing in return. This place does not care about the customers. A month later, I get an email (not even a phone call) that they didn't get all the correct paperwork filled out, and could I please fill the forms out and return as soon as possible. I asked for specific and clear instructions for these forms. I then filled them out and returned them, then I get another email telling me I didn't fill them out correctly. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would expect this kind of behavior from any corner used car lot, but not a Mercedes dealership. But here I am. Still haven't heard a peep from anyone addressing my issues. The headaches this place has caused are not worth the vehicle we purchased. Take your time and find another dealership to do business with. More

HORRIBLE Experience! Sold and Sold out from under... Received call from DEALER Ron Bouchard and made a deal over four text messages - and I quote from Ron, "this was a quick and easy deal" - only to sell Received call from DEALER Ron Bouchard and made a deal over four text messages - and I quote from Ron, "this was a quick and easy deal" - only to sell the car out from under me for $2k more four hours later - despite me offering a non-refundable deposit! This was a lowly SHREWD business tactic from a high-end dealer with a salesman who's profile states: "I have been in the car business for more than 25 years and am a real honest to god, car guy!! I enjoy helping clients choose the right car." Don't do business with this dealer! Spoke with Euro President who apologized - but REFUSED to take responsibility. Had audacity to ask me to come to him for any future sale. ME THINKS NOT! RUN, BUYERS! RUN! ~Skip More

Car will not go into Park from Drive (owned 2 weeks) The used E350 was out of warranty. The dealership did offer to pay half the cost, but, no dealership should sell a customer a car with a major safety The used E350 was out of warranty. The dealership did offer to pay half the cost, but, no dealership should sell a customer a car with a major safety hazard and expect the customer to pay for the repairs. I understand if it was just a noise or something simple that relates to wear and tear. So buyer beware before purchasing a used automobile from this dealership. More

I traveled from Northern New Jersey to purchase a used Mercedes E63 from them and it turned into a nightmare scenario. My salesman was Ricky Oxendine and he is nothing more than a lying, cheating and uneducated thief. While I was completing the purchase paperwork with the finance manager, Mr. Oxendine entered the finance office and stated that the car was being sold “as is.” This was a complete surprise to me and I later found out that it is actually against the law in Maryland. The law states that a car dealership in Maryland cannot sell a used vehicle “as is” unless the vehicle is more than 6 years old AND has more than 60,000 miles. The finance manager initially had me sign a document saying the car has a 30 day/1,000 mile warranty but that paperwork was then nowhere to be found with all the other purchase documents upon later inspection. While driving home from the dealer, approximately two hours into the trip, the check engine light came on. The next day I checked the vehicle with a OBD2 computer scanner that I purchased. To my surprise the cover for the port was already removed and the previous codes had been cleared. A new scan of the vehicle’s computer turned up three major malfunctions, a catalyst system fault, a turbo boost system fault and a transmission fault. The next morning I drove 3 1/2 hours back to the dealership to return the vehicle. Mr. Oxendine then claimed that the car did have a warranty despite what he said two days earlier. I told him I wanted my money back and he said my Amex card would be refunded for the deposit that day. I videotaped him saying this and writing it on a paper that I kept. One week later the deposit money was still not returned to my Amex card. I made numerous calls to the dealership and left messages with the used car sales manager, Gregg Eisenberg. Mr. Eisenberg failed to return everyone of my calls and I had to resort to disputing the original charge through American Express. American Express conducted an investigation and found in my favor. The funds were restored to my card. I have purchased many new and used vehicles throughout and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Mercedes Benz USA should promptly investigate this dealership’s business practices and disassociate themselves from them in order to protect their good name. More
