Low key sales approach and knowledgeable about vehicles This dealership didn't push hard to get me to buy a higher priced vehicle or options. They stock basic models as well as models with extra options/p This dealership didn't push hard to get me to buy a higher priced vehicle or options. They stock basic models as well as models with extra options/packages. Other dealers only have models with add-on options/features in inventory. They had plenty of models to consider. They explained the differences and extras but didn't push or do a "hard sell." My salesperson was personable and got us answers to our questions quickly. He was not upset when we shifted from sedans to SUVs and back as we considered what vehicle might be right for us. He gave us a firm price quote via email before we went into the dealership. He disclosed all costs up front. That made working with him and this dealership a pleasant experience. Too often, we had others hide fees and withhold information. I think that it is a good reflection on their management. The dealership itself was not as noisy and chaotic as many. I highly recommend them and my sales person in particular. We will return when we need another vehicle. More
