He assumes the customer decides at their own pace, educates you about the product, points out new improvements over previous models and works hard to finds the vehicle you want if they don’t have it in stock. He establishes as much relationship as you want, Our agenda is his guide rather than his own. He has also been very helpful to Friends we have referred to Frankfort Toyota. Although he made the sale, FT service department sold us on their dealership over the last 10 years, even though we had purchased the van we had them at another area dealership.
