I bought my 2013 there and moved to LA shortly after but I ALWAYS take my car there because their service, care, friendliness, and unders California! I had to recently TOW my car in from LA and after several failed attempts of getting a tow truck to get me to my appointment on time, Tustin Hyundai was so accommodating and flexible on still getting me taken care of. Shoutout to Brian and Greg in service for always being honest and so timely in their responsiveness. I always feel taken care of when I'm working with either or both of them. Hyundai may have a warranty until 10 years or 100,000 miles but the representatives at Tustin Hyundai continue to care and deliver remarkable service for years and miles on after. THANK YOU! More

We e quited about a specific vehicle and was told they had that vehicle in stock. We arranged to visit the next day. A fifty mile trip. When we got there we were told that they hadn't had that vehicle in had that vehicle in stock. We arranged to visit the next day. A fifty mile trip. When we got there we were told that they hadn't had that vehicle in stock for weeks. The salesman appraised my car and told me that they would offer me $3k under book because it was dirty! It had been raining, what did they expect? When I offered to go wash it and bring it back for the extra $3k, I was told that it doesn't work like that. I have never been treated so poorly and outright lied to by a dealer on such a scale before. Just avoid. More
