Hi, Bryce Dubber here and wanted to tell you a little about the Boniface Hiers Chevrolet Dealer in Melbourne Fl. I haven’t purchased a new car in a while and need one because of my recent car accident, s about the Boniface Hiers Chevrolet Dealer in Melbourne Fl. I haven’t purchased a new car in a while and need one because of my recent car accident, so I decided to purchase a Chevrolet Colorado and to purchase this vehicle from Boniface Hiers because of the warranty forever on the powertrain, figure I really can't go wrong with that, so off I go, bear with me because I am going to tell you all about the "dealership" experience. A nice woman texted me from the dealership, (Kelly Baker) and informed me that the vehicle I was interested in is being sold for 40,715.00 just like the advertised price form the dealer ship and to come in and talk to (Mike Brown) which is the sales manager and get the VIP treatment. As soon as I walk in the door Mike Brown is sitting behind the desk, shakes my hand while some other guy is looming over me for some reason, just constantly watching me and acted like he is interested in something that I said….Mike Brown then tells me to talk with this guy, (Gregory Rook) one of the sales associates there who informs me that the truck is priced at 45000 which is ridiculous but I'm betting a pretty good deal for the salesperson. Of course he states that the online sales department doesn't know the real price of the truck, and I have to be in the military, etc. etc. to receive that price which everyone knows is not true at all if you know how to read the fine print. As I refuse, he goes down to 42000 (after he talks with the sales manager) which I refuse again. On the way out the door Mike Brown asks "what do we have to do to make a deal with you" which I said to sell me the truck for what you advertised it as 40715.00 to which he agreed so off to the finance dept. I have still not received the truck yet and being kinda dased getting over a car accident I agree to the price of 40715.00 and put 5000 down. I am under the assumption that this truck has the spray in bedliner because of course the numbers do not work out at all and I'll break it down for the general public. 40715 is the price Mike Brown said he would sell it to me 2442 would be the taxes on the car at 6% Florida tax rate Total would be 43,157 take away the 5000 put down and you would be financing 38157.00 The statement that they gave me has me financing 39444.57 Difference is 1,287.57 of extra money that they tacked on which Im sure they would call "dealer fees" to split amongst the sales group UNLESS that could be the initial change for the spray in bed liner which I sincerely hope that it is, cause you can't justify tacking on an additional 1287.00 just for the heck of it. So needless to say pay very close attention at a dealership and I will update everyone to see where that extra grand went…..hopefully a legitimate spray in liner like they have from the factory! More

I bought a Nissan from this company and purchased the extended warranty. The transmission is going and I brought it in. I was told by the service rep that they refuse to honor the warranty since they don extended warranty. The transmission is going and I brought it in. They also refused to reimburse me for the warranty they won't honor. I would NEVER shop here again. More

Several weeks ago, I visited Boniface-Hiers to check out some of the pickup trucks that were sitting on the lot. During that visit, I dealt with a salesman Greg Rook, who was very helpful. At the time, I wasn’t quite ready to buy, so I left empty-handed. On August 4, 2022, I visited Boniface-Hiers as a follow-up to my initial visit. Since Greg was off, a salesman named Kyle Brown filled in to assist me. During the process, Kyle and I took one of the Silverado 1500 Custom pickup trucks out for a test drive. Was so impressed with the truck that I just had to have it. Went straight back to the office and worked the numbers with Kyle and his manager, Mike. In no time at all, we were able to close the deal. Transaction went smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with how things worked out. Big thanks to Kyle, Mike, Greg, and the rest of the Boniface-Hiers staff who assisted me. More
