No one smiled at me but my dealer. I got no warm welcoming feeling after spending 28000 on my 4Runner and trading in our car we've had for 6 years. The sale was hasty and left me with many questions. Marc did remedy some of my concerns and stayed in contact woth me through the whole process. I just couldn't be sure everything was factual. Like the brakes, I was told that the brakes were replaced but after I got the 4Runner my brakes were squeaking so I took em to service and they replaced the back brakes and told me they wernt new. I also had a question about why the service wasn't showing on the Carfax I requested. All in all I'm so happy that I have my 4Runner, I am just not looking forward to coming back into the dealership unless it's for merch. More

Horrible experience with rep. He advised me my 75k service was due and I told him I did it at the Henderson Toyota where i normally get all my service done, but I came here due to He advised me my 75k service was due and I told him I did it at the Henderson Toyota where i normally get all my service done, but I came here due to the convenience on how close it was. Well, his attitude change after i asked if he can look up and see what all i did on my last service. He than told me he wasn't able to. I felt like he was upset so I asked him if they got commission based pay per service and he with a big attitude said yes all dealers pay commission based. So I said that's why you seem upset. I decided to just do my oil change and Nothing else with your shop. As soon as I got car from your shop I than took it right to Toyota in Henderson and completed the rest of my service. Needless to say I will not be going back to your shop. And sticking with Henderson Toyota. Also I asked for a shuttle back and he said they would have me in and out before I'd need one. And that was not the case the service took 2.5 hours and I decided to uber hoke instead of waste more time at your shop. Very poor customer service. More
