I am very happy with Kenny ross Ford. Everyone have been great. Just on line looking at some vehicles and after a quick message we had a deal. Krist was great and easy to work with. Everything was done quickly online and negotiated smoothly. They had exactly what I wanted and drove 3.5 hours to pick it up. Finance office was easy and no pressure. My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience last night while getting our new bronco. Jason was our dealer & so very helpful! Usually I find buying vehicles EXTREMELY stressful— but NOT this time! Greg (ma while getting our new bronco. Jason was our dealer & so very helpful! Usually I find buying vehicles EXTREMELY stressful— but NOT this time! Greg (manager) & Corey (finance manager) were TOP NOTCH to work with. REALLY great guys. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new ride. You will not be disappointed by these guys. I’d also like to mention they stayed open 3 HOURS over to help us & never once even batted an eye at that. These guys are TOTAL class! More

I bought a new bronco sport and I feel like I got a good deal. I do want to say though that it appears as if there is a disconnect between sales and service at this dealership. After spending two and one ha deal. I do want to say though that it appears as if there is a disconnect between sales and service at this dealership. After spending two and one half hours making the purchase of my vehicle it wasn’t ready to go when I was done. I had to wait another 40 minutes to have the vehicle cleaned up and ready to take. I also had some service work done on my previous vehicle at this dealership and I feel like the service department just didn’t care that I was there and it seemed like they just forgot about me. More
