My wife and I had spotted on a vehicle on the internet that we were very interested in so we make an appointment. My wife could not attend the next morning but I was greeting by a very courteous staff an that we were very interested in so we make an appointment. My wife could not attend the next morning but I was greeting by a very courteous staff and introduced the Mr. Greg Pearce, the salesman who was chosen to work with me. Within the first few minutes, I knew this was going to be a good day. He set up the test drive and upon my return, we set down to work out a deal. After a bit of negotiating between myself and the General Manager, Mark Cooper, we came to an agreement. My wife was going to come down later that evening to finish up the paperwork so Greg sent the car to be readied and detailed. Upon our return that evening, Greg was there to greet us and complete the paperwork prior to sending us over the financing where we met Mr. James Harvey. It happened to be his first week but it went pretty smoothly. We thanked James, Greg and Mark on the way out and became part of the Ourisman Family. We look forward to a great relationship. My wife loves her new car!! More

From initially meeting Mr. Pearce he was very professional and his knowledge of the Hyundai product was outstanding. He greeted my husband and I asking us what our needs where and gave us options and allowed us to pick the car that meet our family needs. I have never experience that prior to him. In the past other dealerships I had to act up unprofessionally because the men salespersons where disrespectful treating me like I had no experience or knowledge of purchasing a car. However, I do my homework prior to purchasing a vehicle. I appreciate Mr. Pearce treating me with respect and I did not have to act up for a change in my experience with purchasing a car. THANK YOU Mr. Pearce! I wanted take a few minutes of my time to knowledge the wonderful experience my husband and I had and I never do when giving up our money.
