I am really disappointed in this location. I have purchased two vehicles and now on my third. The last vehicle I purchased from O'Daniel's has brought me nothing but trouble. one year after pu I have purchased two vehicles and now on my third. The last vehicle I purchased from O'Daniel's has brought me nothing but trouble. one year after purchase it needs transmission and numerous other issues. I called trying to talk to them about this and telling them it's not right to have just opened a loan not even a year ago and now need a new transmission if I didn't have the warranty my car would have went from 20,000 to 26,0000 due only valued at 10,000 if paid off...... to transmission being needed then spark plugs then various other things happening. I had to pay for rental upfront, and they said I have the best warranty the warranty company sent a transmission in and my van has been acting crazy since. Once the transmission got put in my van was shaking and very loud, so they said you need spark plugs. this was 2-3 weeks after transmission was installed. I am just very disappointed I don't think anyone should have to purchase a vehicle and have all these problems with loan fresh it seems almost as if they knew and sold it this way. it's unfortunate that there is no one to trust just when I thought I could trust them it's all a dream. I have to pay and im not mechanic I just want to purchase what I am supposed to have and have that without always wondering if there is some catch to buying vehicle. the sales manager told me at least you have a warranty, but I haven't had a car how many days this last year.... and still had to make payments and pay for rentals and other things not covered by warranty. I haven't been able to handle daily business why because at least I have a warranty. van is still gone and it's been two weeks. I am super down about this customer service and how they can let a single mom just leave their lot with a vehicle with so many issues. I hope this helps someone, because if we are paying 20,000 30,000 for a vehicle don't we deserve the truth and our monies worth. Ed Rayes sold me the Van I remember when he called and said his church friend had a van he wanted me to come see. He knew how hard I had worked to even get cars off that lot working with them telling the truth praying someone would have a decent heart to assure the vehicle, I am able to get at least runs and has little to no issues. so much money for little guarantee. just thought I would share my experience with this location. More

Thank you for being the dealership’s I,we can trust for quality that doesn’t need service 10 days after you have to pay for plates that’s in the shop for fixing something that just makes the final tally of that car another 2500$. I don’t often lose my car in a hurricane, but when I do, I get myself from Tampa to Fort Wayne Indiana straight to O’Daniel’s Jeep Dealership. 😂 Much to my uncle’s dismay, I asked no questions when it I get myself from Tampa to Fort Wayne Indiana straight to O’Daniel’s Jeep Dealership. 😂 Much to my uncle’s dismay, I asked no questions when it came to condition of tires, number of key fobs nor the mechanical integrity of the used-but-new-to-me vehicle I’d selected sight unseen. Yet, I had complete trust in my salesperson, Tommy, in O’Daniel’s dealerships and they did not disappoint. In fact, I was about to leave the dealership when they noticed I had one small little dimple ding in the passenger side, which I’d never would’ve noticed, but they insisted they take care of it before I left. That is great customer service! Thankful for a company that was concerned with my plight, and made the process as seamless as possible for this out of towner. Well done and THANK YOU again!
