Greg's a Broomfielder through and through. He joined the staff in 2002 as a manager. He's known for his gruff exterior, though most of us know that if you don't let it phase you, you can get to his soft nougaty center. As any good leader he commands respect and returns affection. He's a lot like Batman in that way. He loves the outdoors and his fifth wheel that he takes "camping".

I was very happy with my 2018 GMC Terrain purchase last March until the catalytic converter went out. HOWEVER, the team here did everything they could to get my car in immediately with a loaner ready to go March until the catalytic converter went out. They were in regular contact with me throughout the process and were able to fix this issue under a GM warranty that Alpine GMC told me didn't exist and wanted to charge me $2,500 for. Last month I was trying to buy a Volvo from them and have a written and signed accepted offer from the Sa Do not buy a Volvo from this dealership. Last month I was trying to buy a Volvo from them and have a written and signed accepted offer from the Sales Manager. He told me that one of his sales people will call me very soon so I could pick up the car that night. I received a call about two hours later saying that someone is interested in the car and that I need to provide a credit card (which I did) but then five minutes later he texts me back and says the car is gone! A few days later I speak to the VP of Sill-Terhar and he says that they will put together something for me to make it right but the deal wasn't any better. The sales manager called me back after that conversation and couldn't provide anything better then he offered me after my original car was sold out from under me not even $1,000 off. Do yourself a favor and buy your next car from anyone but Sill-TerHar. More

Now part of the Sil-Terhar Family! Bought a new Mustang and had a wonderful experience. We work with TJ and he was really great. Never felt pressured. Everything was relaxed and we felt like we had known them for a long time. Even Greg Larson made a point to come over and meet us. Then he went out of his way to work and get us extra discounts. The vehicle we were interested in was on the showroom floor. We were fine driving a similar vehicle that was out on the lot. We did and when we got back they had pulled out multiple vehicles in order to get the one out we were interested in the lot to test drive as well. After driving it the rest of the process went very smooth. No pressure to get any additional services we weren’t interested in. Alisa was great helping us with the paperwork and Gigi in customer care has been fantastic setting up the addition services we did select. Overall a great experience and are now part of the Sil-Terhar family! More

Pushy "men only" mentality I had to intervene for a friend who bought a car here, but couldn't get the financing people to call him back. I called Bryan, their "sales manager". Bryan got very emotional and very angry that this deal didn't go through as expected. Bryan started to complain about the deal and how Bryan had "bent over backwards" to get this done...guess what Bryan, that's probably what you should do for every customer! After being hung up on three times (great customer service there, lol!) I called Bobby, his boss, and Greg Larson, one of the owners. Bobby was very helpful and got Bryan (I guess after he got done crying about this deal) to call me back, where he hung up on me again after again telling me how hard he had worked on this. I requested the paperwork to back up Bryan's claims five times before Bryan finally told me that there was no paperwork...so Bryan is also a liar - the best kind of car salesman you want working on your loan -NOT. Bryan, put some big boy pants on and make sure your deals are solid the first time, then you don't have to get mad, yell and be rude to young women who are trying to help you. I would stay FAR away from Sill Terhar, their customer service is crappy and if you're a woman, be prepared to get a pushy salesman and an even pushier and more upset "sales manager" that has yet learned how to speak to people without being rude. Typical used car mentality here...anywhere up on 104th will treat you better and get you financed the first time! More

New Ford nightmare at Sill-Terhar I was extremely excited when I purchased my new 2018 F-150 at the end of last year. Sill-TerHar Motors seemed all too happy to be rid of me once the s I was extremely excited when I purchased my new 2018 F-150 at the end of last year. Sill-TerHar Motors seemed all too happy to be rid of me once the sale was complete though. It took multiple follow-ups from me before items that were agreed upon at the time of sale (window tint, tiedowns installed, detaling) were mostly completed. About 3 months after my purchase the truck began making a terrible metal on metal grinding noise while the turbos are building boost from a stop in eco mode. I brought my vehicle in for service and was told the sound could not be recreated. Many days Later and after I visited the dealership to show them the issue the techs were finally able to recreate the sound and "fixed" the vehicle. Upon receiving my vehicle back I found that the service center had done damage the vehicle and chose not to inform me. They did eventually fix that as well. All I can say is this has been the most miserable first car buying experience I could have ever imagined. More

John made sure that all our wants and needs were addressed promptly and beyond our expectations.Every employee we had contact with went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with every aspect of our deal. We would also recommend Jeff Klosterman who repaired a slight blemish on the tailgate of the used truck we bought. When he had had finished his work the tailgate looked as good as new and the blemish is completely undetectable.This was the most satisfying auto purchase I have ever made. More

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership! The service dept is rude and incompetent, the sales staff is deaf to my concerns, and unwilling to help, no matter how much noise I make. If you like dealing with rude, incompetent people who don't care about doing what is right. Then this place is PERFECT! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from STH. I had great experiences in the past, but if this is how they treat a loyal customer BEWARE!!! (*note: my car is a 2014 Ford Focus SE. I bought it a month ago, it has 1,700 miles on it. This car has known transmission issues. Do Not Buy this car! Especially from this unhelpful dealership. The service dept "cannot recreate the issue". I have brought this vehicle in twice now with no resolution. On top of that they want to charge me for the rental because they can't find the problem) BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Update: SillTerhar was gracious enough to let me out of the loan (only after I made a big stink online and with the BBB) I was able to get a different vehicle (which I love) and I was happy.....For about a week. A week after the loan was complete, the finance guy stopped by my house at 8pm on a Saturday night, to re-do some paperwork. He up-sold me several items (which I was looking forward to having) but apparently Ford wouldn't finance the extra options. This is no big deal, but I did spend over 6 hours in the dealership to complete the second loan. I'm confused as to why this wasn't completed/determined when I was there originally. My main issue is that I received a call from Ford credit, saying that I was 30 days late on my Focus payment (?) Seeing as how the vehicle was defective, and I made a $1000 down payment, and returned the vehicle, no payments were made. The loan needed to be retroactively dated to show it was opened on March 1st, and also closed on March 1st. I have now taken a hit to my credit because of this. Last week, I received a voice mail from the sales manager, asking why I returned another poorly rated survey. Upon returning his call today, I was told he was out, and transferred to another "sales manager". As soon as the second sales manager identified who I was, he told me that he wasn't interested in talking to me and promptly hung up on me. I realize that he may have a bad view of me considering that his wife was my original sales person, but I was shocked to have this man treat me with so little respect. I have been a loyal customer (while possibly difficult at times) for over 6 years. I would expect at least a modicum of class and respect. I have had positive experiences with STH in the past, but this dealership has lost me. If you are sure that you will never have any issues, STH is a fine dealership. As soon as there is a problem, you will be hung up on by a "Sales Manager" Ugh More
