I know that’s his job, but I said no to whatever he was selling, at least 5 times. And he pretty much shamed me. Not my favorite.

UPDATE:
I drive from San Antonio for this particular
dealership. I bought the truck here, so I take the hour or so drive for this dealership (One direction, though a Ford dealership is 5 minutes from me

I had issues with my front differential seals, they had it for 2 weeks, said it was fixed, and told me the truck was ready for pick up. (The front actuators were also replaced). I went, paid for the repair, and drove home. The truck is in worse condition than before I turned it into the shop… the axle backed out from the differential, differential oil covered the immediate area. I was instructed that it needed to return for repair, “Yes sir you should be okay to drive it”… when informed that I needed to get it back up to Austin (apparently another Dealership cannot touch it)…
When I returned, the inspected my truck, started on the repair and took care of me same day (as requested). Truck battery was going bad and they replaced it. This dealership has earned my business time and time again for their great customer service. Taking care of my truck, and ultimately me. Fixing my issue, but also helping me moving forward and not making things more difficult. I appreciate their hospitality, I understand mistakes happen and the overall severity of the situation. Thank you for resolving this!!
