This was a nightmare experience front to back. The online scheduler does not work correctly. The team lost my appt and left me waiting in the lobby for 40 mins after check in. I requested a loaner only to be taken to a rental company and given a trash vehicle. I ended up leaving and taking my car. Only because the closest bmw dealership is far away I came back for my servicing. This time, I left my car and got a ride. When I got my car back, it was filthy and had bird xxxx all over it. I’ve never had this happen in my life from any dealership servicing my cars in 20 years. They always get washed. The guy helping me was nice but with all the issues, it’s hard to just give a review on your service managers personality. This whole operation needs an overhaul. More

I had a very annoying experience, one that I have had on two earlier occasions. At its root is the assignment of a service advisor to look after the work on my car and stay in touch with me. The annoyance i two earlier occasions. At its root is the assignment of a service advisor to look after the work on my car and stay in touch with me. The annoyance is that when that advisor is not working, no one else picks up the his clients. This occurs almost always when my cars require service over two days. The service advisor has the second day off and no one has a clue about me. While not a huge issue, I got my car back this time (after 3 days) just filthy. When I paid my bill with my credit card, no one mentioned the 3% fee. I could easily have used my debit card. More

Not proactive in communication. Too busy to truly give service. General Manager was not responsive the Wednesday and Friday of thanksgiving which put my repair back over a week.
