Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this dealer. My wife and I traded in my Ram for a 20223 Sportage. The sales experience was decently smooth with the exception of the sales manager telling me the only way he would do my deal is if I purchased a $3000. Extended warranty due to the fact the bank approval would not allow him to rip me off to the amount I originally agreed to and my payment was actually going to be $80 lower a month then I agreed to. I went along because I was told it was my only option. They told me they would rush the payoff check within 3 business days since I had a payment due in 7 days. I checked the balance on my old loan 6 days later and it still showed a balance. I called where that loan was from and they informed me no payoff has been made. I called the dealership and talked to Amy in accounting who assured me it was made and even gave me a check # and the address it was sent to which was correct, (but of course she couldn’t find the tracking # for the check for 4 days. Amy began ignoring my calls so I contacted my salesman Brandon who was not nothing short of spectacular during my sales experience. He told me he would have a tracking number to be by noon the next day and he came through. I ran the tracking number and not only was it not sent to the address she told me she sent it to, it wasn’t even sent to a bank. Tracking showed it was signed for by a guy at a loading dock. I called the bank and they said they can’t do anything which I totally understand. I informed them that the dealership already sold the truck I traded in and they advised me not only was that highly illegal, but obviously they won’t be able to obtain the title for the new owner. Today, I went ahead and made another $700 on my trade that I haven’t even had in 18 days and even now belongs to someone else. I called the dealership and they are refusing to place a stop payment on that check and issue a new check. I am now unable to close on my mortgage because my debt to income sky rocketed because now it’s showing 2 car payments (and a late truck payment) The dealership is refusing to do anything so my next step apparently has to be a lawyer and the Better Buisness Beareu. I had a bad feeling when I was on their website the night of the day I traded my truck in and there was already multiple pictures of it online which showed all my personal belongings (including a page of temporary bank checks) and my license plate still on the truck. They couldn’t even wait until we finished the deal and I cleaned out my truck of my belongings. I truly hope you do not buy a car from this place More

Buyer beware - Do not purchase from this dealership. I Buyer beware - Do not purchase from this dealership. I bought a 2021 Kia Stinger this year and elected to purchase the extended warranty. Severa Buyer beware - Do not purchase from this dealership. I bought a 2021 Kia Stinger this year and elected to purchase the extended warranty. Several months after the purchase, I decided I did not need the $2800 extended warranty and have been trying to cancel for several months. I have made multiple attempts at reaching the dealership through their online chat, phone calls, text messages to the finance manager and eventually visited the dealership again to cancel. On or about 08/27, I received a phone call from their corporate office stating the warranty was cancelled and the funds has been reimbursed back to my finance company. To date, 10/06/21, no payment has been received or posted to my auto loan, the dealership rarely responds to my inquiry and each time I get the same response from Sid - "I will call Lisa at corporate to inquire" but never get a response or update. The purchase of the vehicle was easy and acceptable terms but the service they provide after purchase is greatly lacking. I will not be using this dealership for any maintenance and suggest you choose a different dealer to purchase your car. More

The dealership manager explained not being able to finance me on a used car, but could finance a new car - and my car is GREAT. I LOVE IT (Herbie horn and all). My salesman was not pushy, he was very knowledgeable about the cars, willing to let me look at as many as I needed to make my final choice - even down to driving the lot for the right color halfway through negotiations. He showed me what met what I wanted (4 doors, automatic, not white and must have cruise). I got that and so much more - I've never owned a new car till now. I also appreciated not being there 8 hours for a deal write-up like my daughter was done at another dealership. My experience was SOOOOO much smoother than hers. I will come back when I decide I'd like a new car because this was the most positive car experience I have ever had. More

SOUL MATE I actually walked into the KIA dealership with all intentions of "just looking". I was convinced that I was getting a VW from down the road. I can honestly say that, as much as I LOVE my new car, it was without a doubt, the AMAZING customer service that sold us! We were treated with the utmost respect, courtesy & kindness. We were definitely made to feel as if WE were important to them. Our needs and our desires were met and we are now very happily cruising in our fabulous new KIA SOUL and LOVING IT!!! I highly recommend the service center. The waiting area is always clean. Has fresh brewed coffee, television if you want to watch, lots of magazines to choose from, comfortable furniture. Anje is really wonderful advisor she always lets me know what needs to be done to my car and when. The service techs do a great job is getting my car fixed and ready to go. This time was an oil change & tire rotation. It was done very quickly without a lot of waiting time. The cashier, Linda Beddow is a wonderful lady who read me what I needed to pay & why for my visit. Anje went over the walk about sheet letting me know what I would need in the future and when. Excellent Service & Care for their customers! More

My wife and I went into this dealer because their TV ad says "if you make $350.00 a week I will approve your credit"! Now we went in and told them we had issues, they said its ok, we will work through it. says "if you make $350.00 a week I will approve your credit"! Quite Apparently, THEY CAN NOT Approve Everyone as the AD States!! Therefore they should not be allowed to practice false, deceptive, and misleading ADVERTISING!!! I thought there were laws against this practice??? Moral of Story, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER unless you have perfect CREDIT OR CASH!! THEY LIE! More

Your sales manager...who I didn't even see on your sight...probably fired...was joke number two. When I returned 1 DAY LATER he talked in third person and could have cared less. He made his money. In short. Chris Bostick and his whole scheme is a joke. Liars. And it's more insulting to see him parading around...creepy as he is...especially at Christmas...proclaiming all of the good he does. He employs liars. They are rude. And liars. And being raised as I was...a man's word is his promise. Greg Hunter is a classic example. He is still telling people he's "gonna get me tires"...since November of 2011. It's June you moron!! But I'm sure you're leaning forward and taking what Mr Bostick is dishing out. Hence the reason I had to make your lie right. You guys are a joke. And I will devote my life to ensuring everyone I come in contact with knows this.
