We were very satisfied with our buying experience at House Chevrolet. Greg House explained all of the vehicle options and features to us. Greg contacted our insurance agent for us to give him all of the new vehicle info. On delivery day the paper signing went very smooth. Greg then took us out to our new truck and explained all of the features. He helped us set up the blue-tooth phone connection and helped us got the On-Star setup completed. We have always been very satisfied with House Chevrolet service department and we will continue using them for our truck maintenance needs. More

This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I drive 30 miles to go there. They always have friendly and fair service not just for purchasing vehicles, but especially for repairing t dealership. I drive 30 miles to go there. While travelling from northwest Iowa, we hit a deer in the middle of Saturday night that disabled our car in the area that House Chevrolet, Stewartville, Mn serves. When we called 911, the state police ha the middle of Saturday night that disabled our car in the area that House Chevrolet, Stewartville, Mn serves. When we called 911, the state police had Greg there within 15 minutes, and he took car and us in to where we could wait for some family to come get us. I checked out their shop and work and decided to have them repair our car. Our insurance company gave a good report of them doing wonderful and timely work. The parts all came on time and they had it all repaired in less time then first thought. We were surprized when they called us that our car was all ready to go. And it is just a beautiful job of repair work. Thanks again to Greg and his crew for making the best of a bad situation for us.
