After going back and forth for a few weeks we are happy owners of a new Tahoe. We were set on getting a black Tahoe but ended up changing our minds and went with a white Tahoe. It was so nice dealing with Peter who was very honest and made us feel so comfortable. He always answered all of our questions and wasn't pushy but rather very helpful. We are so happy we had such a great person to deal with. Greg helped us with the financing part and was so friendly and the process was so smooth and easy. This is usually the part we dread when buying a new car. He was very helpful and went through each paper we were signing. We had such a wonderful experience at Criswell and will highly recommend it to our family and friends. You have wonderful people working at this dealership which sets your dealership above all others! More

Very satisfied with entire process at dealership. Mr. Hall gave us a price for vehicle and the price never changed, even at financing. Mr. Hoffman (Greg) was able to get us a low interest rate and we we Hall gave us a price for vehicle and the price never changed, even at financing. Mr. Hoffman (Greg) was able to get us a low interest rate and we were in and out of dealership within 2 hours (maybe a little less). Even now, we have run into some situations with the vehicle and Mr. Hall is really working with us very hard (without hesitation) to handle the situation and give us a satisfactorily resolution with very minimum out of pocket expense on our part. Considering we purchased a used vehicle, we are being treated as if we purchased a new vehicle and we have NEVER had this type of experience in any other previous dealership. We have already recommended the dealership to friends and will be going back to purchase again in the future! More
