My husband and I went to Criswell on Thursday evening to meet with Tom Rawson and look at a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. Even though it was an hour before the dealership closed, we were met with great professionalism, pleasantry and respect. After careful negotiations we agreed on a price for our new Chevy and are LOVING it. In fact, all the staff stayed until after midnight with us carefully reviewing paperwork and going over the details of the car. Criswell was a great experience and should be what all dealerships strive to be like. We were quite impressed with everything. Tom, Gary, Greg, and Brian were exemplary employees and we will happily work with them in the future!! More

Mike wasted no time in getting me behind the wheel for a pair of test drives. I hadn’t intended to make a purchase that day, but Mike listened carefully to what I was looking for, did a nationwide search, and came up with a close fit to my specifications at a very desirable price. Four days later, I drove away with the most enjoyable car I’ve ever owned. Mike is highly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. At delivery, he not only briefed me on the details of the car, but also showed me the service facility and process for arranging service, including introduction to the Corvette Service Manager. I may be influenced by the nature of the car that I bought, but I can honestly say that this was the most comfortable auto purchase that I have made in over 40 years. More

Best experience I could ask for as a first time buyer! I just bought a 2013 Camaro 2LS and Russell gave me a wonderful experience. I had met him a couple days prior to buying it at the lot and he approached me asking if there was anything he could help me with and as a first time buyer I had tons of questions, as to how it worked what money to put down what to expect and look for. I came back to him a couple days later and he made the process of trading in me jeep easy and explained to me step by step how this works when trading in my car. He really gave me a great understanding on the process. As a first time buyer I was nervous to get the car and how trading in would work but Russell made my experience easy and I felt like I understood what was going on , and what I was spending and not spending, why my payments came out to this just everything. I felt extremely comfortable when I left for how that process went and I love my car!! I would recommend anyone to Russell he’s extremely nice has a fun personality and will take the time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable with the purchase but also make the experience fun as well, I know where I’m going next time I need a car! I just purchased my second truck from Criswell Chevrolet and the experience was positive both times. I liked his willingness to communicate via email (always promptly) and to put numbers in writing and stick to them. All in all the process was painless and quick - and I felt I got a good deal on a great truck. The finance process was handled by Greg Hoffman and was also a quick and positive experience. I have also used Criswell's service department over the past couple of years for both basic maintenance and major repairs and always feel I get quality work at a fair price. More
