Great selection of vehicles. We pulled into this dealership on a whim. We were out car shopping but this particular dealership isn't one that we were planning on stopping at. We test drove one vehicle and ended up buying it. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful and we are very happy with our purchase. The ONLY thing we weren't pleased with is that we purchased a $30,000 vehicle and drove off the lot with only a quarter tank of gas. We even brought this to the salesman's attention and he did not offer to fill up the tank. Sorry, but I feel it is common courtesy to fill up a gas tank when a car is purchased. Especially a vehicle that has only 3000 miles on it. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More

I had been there before for repairs and was less than impressed, but I thought to myself everyone has bad days and I'd give these guys another shot. After I found out the dealership was under new ownership since I had my vehicle serviced, my past experience worries were pretty-much gone. We did not end up making the deal happen due to my financial restrictions but the amount of effort and the candor of the employees were top notch in my hunt so far. I've been to several dealerships around the area in my hunt and I kept getting guys who wanted to stick me in something no matter what by the end of that day seemingly shrugging off my desires and needs. However in my time at Campaign Chrysler I never had that gut feeling of being oversold or lied to. I primarily worked with David Nelson, one of their sales managers trying to get something that would work well for me. He took quite a bit of time going through the ways we could tackle the problem, and through the process I felt I had a person actually helping me work the numbers and not just trying to schuck any car my way at the biggest profit possible. Even though I walked away without a vehicle, they were highly professional and understanding. We left things where they'd be on the lookout for something that would fit in my needs and budget. I'd come back to David in the future and would highly recommend any of the gentleman I interacted with during the process. One of the best experiences I've had walking into an auto sales department.
