Greg was very easy to work with - listened closely to our needs and worked with the business and I bought a Jeep Cherokee at this location, from Greg. Greg was very easy to work with - listened closely to our needs and worked with the business and sales managers to tailor a package that suited our budget. The only hiccup we had was an electrical issue with the Cherokee (the passenger side window and mirror weren't working), but the first business day after our purchase Greg coordinated a service appointment, going so far as to come pick up the Cherokee at my place of work and delivering it back after only two hours later in perfect working condition. We first went in to look at a car on the showroom floor out of curiosity and not yet ready to buy. Greg Frey showed us the car -- we were there all of ten minutes. A couple weeks later we returned ready to buy. Greg greeted us and remembered us right away -- we were quite blown away by this especially considering how many people he must interact with any given day. Greg was wonderful! He helped us find a car that was a perfect fit for our needs and budget. Then David was excellent in working with us on getting a price that was where we needed to be in regard to payments. They ended up having the 'perfect for us' car sent over from another dealership and the process was swift and painless -- we had our beautiful new car within 24 hours! Isaac was so great during the financing process and was thorough and understanding. I cannot say enough about the level of excellence and customer service and care at this dealership! The easiest, no hassle purchase EVER After doing most of my research for a new vehicle online I narrowed my purchase down to three cars/SUV. The Chevy Trax, Ford Escape and Jeep Renegade After doing most of my research for a new vehicle online I narrowed my purchase down to three cars/SUV. The Chevy Trax, Ford Escape and Jeep Renegade were my three choices for the options I wanted and the price I wanted to spend. The Champaign Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was my first stop. It was a late Saturday evening (close to closing) but I couldn't tell because I wasn't being rushed to finish just because it was close to closing time. I parked in front of the Jeep Renegade line. They had some very nice selections on the lot (but I wanted a Blue one) and I was anxious to get behind the wheel. My sales rep was Greg Frey (WHO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND) answered a few questions I had and was more the helpful when asked for a test drive. I spend 45 minutes cruising around and looking, discussing with my wife. The removable panels were a nice touch (we had both of them out on our first drive, returned to the lot to replace the roof panels so I could take it out on the interstate. Except for the downfall of a 4 cylinder in passing situations the Renegade performed wonderfully. I still had a few cars to test drive. Long story short, I decided on the Jeep. And like all things in todays world I found a few good deals on the internet. 90 miles away, a 100 miles away, 150 miles away. So I called Greg. In the short time we met on the lot for the first time He remembered who I was, What I test drove, and what I was trading in. We spoke about the deals I found and said if I had time to drop by and we would do the dirty work together and find the right deal. We talked numbers, options, deals and came to my final purchase decision. Greg is without a doubt the very best salesperson I've had to work with. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the products on the lot. It took a couple of days for my bank to process the necessary paperwork and for the dealership to retrieve the car but it was hassle free for me. When I went to pick up the car Greg asked if I wanted to look at it to make sure it had all the options I wanted. I asked for a test drive and there was no hesitation, of course! On my departure, Greg sat with me and went over some of the electronic features that were in the vehicle. Again, very impressed with his knowledge of his products. I will buy from them again.
