In 50 years of buying new cars, this experience was a first for us: our first transaction with Colonial, our first VW, and our first black car with a sun roof ! We love the car. It's perfect for an older couple. Comfortable adjustable front seats, easy to get in and out of, plenty of power, nicely maneuverable and parkable in the dense urban area where we live. And it's a good looking vehicle. Just as importan as the car itself was our experience at Colonial VW. In three visits there, we dealt with Greg Cohen. He is the most knowledgeable car salesman we've dealt with in all these years, and he treated us with attentiveness and respect throughout. We recommen him and Colonial with enthusiasm. I have used Colonial and more specifically Greg Cohen for the last several years for all my automotive needs. My wife and I just took delivery of our fourth car from the colonial group ( all VW). Even for service I could easily go to my local dealership, but instead I find myself heading to Medford because the people there are a pleasure to deal with More

I went in to Colonial VW to trade in my 2001 Jetta for a new car. Greg had spoke with my fiance prior to our visit about what my current car and what I was looking for. Greg was up front and honest in discussing my options in terms of price, trade in value, and features of the car I had chosen to lease (2010 Jetta Limited Edition). The whole process was quick and painless. Thanks, in part, to additional help from Anya. I was given the ultimate decision about making the choices I made, I never felt pressured and I never felt like I was being had or scammed. I feel like the auto industry is learning some good lessons about treating paying customers with respect now because of the economy. The last few years or so I felt like the quality and service from auto dealers and personnel has been shoddy at best. I'm happy to say that this experience has changed my mind. It was fair, honest, and friendly. I know I am in good hands and would recommend Colonial VW to family and friends. More

Having previously purchased a Saturn (no haggling) and a Mini (also no haggling), I had a certain dread about getting a new car. Greg C. took fabulous care of us. Not only did he answered my 5-million questions and let us test drive several cars with our 7-month old but then he did NOT harass us when it took us over a month to finally decide on what type of car we wanted. Greg is a definite car enthusiast and could easily explain all of the pros and cons of the cars we were looking at. He always listened to our preferences and never pressured us to get things we weren't interested in. After having been to a few dealerships who employed snakes or idiots, it was so refreshing to work with the folks at Colonial VW. More
