The initial experience was good and I purchased the vehicle that day. However the finance person was not available when I returned for pickup and all the papers did not get signed. As someone from out of state getting the correct paperwork has been a challenge. I had to get an inspection in Delaware and when I mailed it in as instructed it could not be found. I have purchased other vehicles from out of state and have not had any issues. It has been disappointing and I am not finished yet. More

As a first time buyer I understood my credit was good but didn't have a lot to back it up. However, I was led to believe that I would be able to secure a loan w/ a bank. The business manager did everything he could to get me out the door with my new car, including taking my 6K down, as fast as possible. Only two weeks later, I was told this bank rejected me simply because I have roommates. I was then left to secure my own auto loan within a few days. Using this deal as a selling point and sending me out the door before the financials were set was negligence on their part at best. More
