I really like the new Atlas and ended up buying one. I met with Matt Geraci who was the salesman that was very insightful and helpful. I went in on a day when he was not there to do a second test driv I met with Matt Geraci who was the salesman that was very insightful and helpful. I went in on a day when he was not there to do a second test drive and informed the sales manager about Matt. He asked another salesman to help me with the test drive. When I came back we discussed buying the car. I was asked to come back the next day to complete the paperwork with the new salesman. Part of the deal was the Blackout Package which was done after market because they no longer offer one through VW. I called a couple of times about picking up my car and did not receive a call back, it was more than the 5 days they told me. When I called about picking up my car over a week later, I did not get any responses. After calling yet again, the phone was answered by Matt, original salesman, and he was shocked to hear that I had bought the car. No one told him that had happened and from speaking with another salesman there, I learned that they do not share a commission if someone helps out another salesman. Just mot the right way to do business. Matt was generous enough to walk me through all the features of the car when i was finally able to pick it up. I was content with the work they did, but my driver and front passenger side windows were not tinted as it was stated to me by the new salesman. I picked up the car on a cloudy and rainy day, so I did not notice that day that the front windows were not tinted as it was explained to me by the second salesman. I did call twice but have yet to receive a call back. I just feel a bit bamboozled about it. Like I said, matt was great and the car is awesome. In working with Sandi, she was pleasant and quick. I did get the feeling that she was trying to rush through the process, and simply checked off the boxes she needs to. Greg was the second salesman and I liked him. His communication before the ale was good, but after has been on-existent. Our last four cars were a BMW X5, Toyota Rav 4, Toyota 4 Runner, and the Jeep Grand Cherokee, each of the salesmen called me a couple of times within the first two months to check in. I have not received a call and I was already in for a minor computer issue. More

Customer service is not the best. Leased two cars recently. One car was given with only 1/2 tank gas and the windshield wiper fluid was not checked. We found out on a snowy day trip, had to stop and fill it, and then had trouble priming the lines in 2 degree weather. Caused us an hour delay.For other car, had a scheduled appt to pick up car and finish paperwork. Had a week and a half to get car prepped. They were just working on it at my appt. Had to wait almost 2 hours for a finance guy. The service dept is not very good. One female employee at the desk tends to be rude. My daughter has had multiple issues with her car and the service dept. Have over filled her oil and coolant. Lack of communication. Has tried to talk to general manager on multiple occassions but will not return her calls. More
