He introduced himself in the most professional manner as he immediately helped identify the concerns I had with my vehicle which included power steering o-rings, rotating my rotors and replacing my brakes. Grant kept me updated regularly on the progress of my vehicle repair as I waited. I can't say enough about his work ethic! He was 100% attentive to performing his job in a stellar manner with me and other customers the ENTIRE time I saw him. My husband has always serviced on our Honda vehicles but I have found the service employee that I would go back to immediately for issues we cannot resolve ourselves.
