Simple and Hassel Free no pressure With a move to Utah coming up in just a few weeks I was in the market for a new car. Interested in the Mazda CX-5 I decided to go look around the Elk Grove dealership. Garrett was beyond helpful even though we walked in right before closing. This did not bother him at all and never once did I feel like a bother keeping him past closing. He took his time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and the exact price I was able to speed. Once he gathered all that information he brought up a car and went for a test ride (after closing at this point). Never did I feel rushed or hassled into making a decision that I was not comfortable with. For a first time car buyer it was really nice. Along with Garret I have nothing but good things to say about the rest of the staff each person I talked to was genuinely welcoming and helpful. When I got there I talked to JAIK WILLMON.I was blown away with all the knowledge he had on the cars (Test him, I did, and he passed with flying colors) I was not ready to buy a car last year. I did tell him that when I was ready in 1 year I will come back, and I did just that. I just bought my Brand New 2015 Maxda3 . I am a 1st time Mazda owner and I couldn’t be any happier. From the very beginning Jaik was NEVER pushy and always was available to answer any questions I had. The buying process was very transparent, and smooth. I live 45 miles away, I could have went to many other dealers closer to home. I chose Elk Grove Mazda because of JAIK and the outstanding Customer Service all the staff showed me and my husband.
