My heaters in my seats weren’t working and you wanted to run a vechicle scan when all you have to do is feel the seat! Total xx!!!!!!!👎 also suggested things I didn’t need!!!! I appreciate to be taken in as a walk in. I came in for prepaid oil change. (Diesel truck) Employees were supper friendly and the manager was super helpful. There was one and only thing that I came in for prepaid oil change. (Diesel truck) Employees were supper friendly and the manager was super helpful. There was one and only thing that surprised me, the price on one basic service that is optional for the diesel engine this time of year. The price was shocking on removing and replacing the fuel filter. That is not the additional service I chose to do. In the commercial world, commercial filter (part) is fairly cheap and I am very well aware of the prices. I think they have to work on breaking down the costs for the customers to make it bit more customer friendly. Book hours and realistic hours matter when it comes to running successful business long term. Next time I'm sure it will be 5 start review. Overall, wonderful dealership, friendly employees, very clean inside and out dealership, keep up doing a great job. Thank you. More

Communication is not all that great. Trying to contact someone in there by phone. It's hard to get anyone and you go to several different operators to get to talk to anybody in the Linco Trying to contact someone in there by phone.
