As with my other visits and two other agents, Chad welcomed me, explained what would be done, approximate time element and directed me to the lounge waiting area. After a much shorter time than expected, he came to get me. He explained what had been done and went over the inspection points done at each visit. Every one that I have come into contact with has been courteous, kind, and welcoming.
