To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to let you know how I'm so disappointed and frustrated with the amount of service I have received from your dealership. From the sales representative to the finance how I'm so disappointed and frustrated with the amount of service I have received from your dealership. From the sales representative to the finance manager, Brian, and the sales manager—every one of you has demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic communication. Let me be clear: this was not just another car purchase. This vehicle was meant to be a surprise gift for my wife—something your staff was fully aware of. Instead of a memorable and joyful experience, you have turned it into a complete nightmare. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have been consistently misled and ignored. I have left more than ten messages for Brian, and not a single one was returned. The last time I managed to speak with him was on April 26, when he promised to call me back within a few minutes. That call never came. It has now been over three days, and I have yet to receive any follow-up, any plate, or even the courtesy of a simple update. My wife has not been able to drive the vehicle because it has no temporary plate—despite my repeated requests and your commitments. The car has now been parked, unused, for nearly a week. This is completely unacceptable. I am fully insured, but your failure to provide the necessary paperwork and plate is not only irresponsible—it’s unlawful. I’ve tried to resolve this matter respectfully and directly, but your continued disregard has left me no choice. Please understand this clearly: I am involving my legal counsel moving forward. I will no longer waste time dealing with your lies, broken promises, and evasions. You have failed me as a customer and failed to meet even the most basic standards of ethical business practice. To anyone reading this and considering doing business with this dealership: I strongly urge you to reconsider. What I’ve experienced is not a one-time misstep—it is a systemic issue of negligence and deceit. Do not trust this team with your money, your time, or your trust. Enough is enough. Harry Jones did a great job getting me with the quote and everything ready before I arrived. He was helpful and direct he took me to try the car I was interested on and let me know everything that need to everything ready before I arrived. He process my banks pre approval with ease and making my experience a lot more enjoyable. Thanks Harry I will be back More
