My wife and I had an exceptional experience at Mohawk Chevrolet recently and I felt it necessary to share it. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the Used Car manager Aaron and he introduced us to Grace our salesperson. We welcomed the family atmosphere and I was shocked when I didn’t have to go back and forth over price! The autos were priced to sell and that eliminated the whole “game.” Grace and Aaron were both very knowledgeable about the products they had, even the non Chevy ones! Jacob, our Finance Manager just continued our exceptional service! He shopped around banks and found the best deal which was 2 whole points lower than my credit union!! My family has found our forever dealership. Hats off to the entire team at Mohawk Chevy for an amazing experience. It was so nice to feel valued and not just another number.
